In what proved to be a close run contest Blap Attack scooped the first prize of the year! The esteemed Pacesetter award is akin to the Charity Shield - nice to get but it doesn't really mean anything. Fabregas was the player that edged out the competition with a whopping 21 points. Allied to the Vermaelen goal and clean sheet points from Evra and Foster, what was looking like a poor week turned around after the late kick off on Saturday.
However, in the effort to win Blap Attack did sustain an injury to one of their strikers Ebanks Blake so it looks like he'll have to turn to someone equally inept!

Gmail account set up - blog readers beware - Wideboys are going to take all your money!
ReplyDeleteMOTM August is on its way. The Wideboys need a Liverpool clean sheet and points for Stevie G to come back into contention.
Nice to see the 'pacesetter' dropping away already!
When does the League Cup start boss?
So much for the Liverpool point bonanza.
ReplyDeleteNeed something special to happen this weekend for me to win MOTM.
Reckon Norwich or Jojos will get it...
